ORDERS AND RETURNS

All orders received by 1:00pm AEST (Sydney time) on Business Days will be dispatched the same day (excluding Public Holidays where they will be dispatched the next available Business Day) and excluding unforseen delays.  Shipping confirmation emails will be sent the EVENING of the day your order is dispatched.

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Loopys Towels will accept return of product/s if:

  • Product is damaged in transit
  • Product is incorrectly shipped by our warehouse
  • Product is deemed faulty by us. Please remember we individually check each item before sending them to our customers to ensure all our products meet our high standards of workmanship.

In the case that the above has occurred we, Loopys, will replace the item/s an no extra cost to the customer if notification of the issue has been reported to hello@loopys.com.au with photographic evidence within 48 hours of your order arriving.  Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.

 

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Any goods due to Change of Mind
  • Any products removed from their original packaging
  • Any orders delayed through incorrect/missing order information provided
  • Any goods received after an event/occasion date due to carrier delays and customer not allowing sufficient postage time on their end.
